Comprehensive Compliance Check
Know what is wrong in your house before it becomes a problem
Every switch, every power point, every appliance. Checked, photographed and written up by a licensed electrician.
Nothing warns you first
Old wiring, loose terminations and tired appliances give almost no warning. The usual first sign that something was wrong is the thing already going wrong.
A compliance check replaces guesswork with a list. You find out what is safe, what is worn out, and what is worth spending money on first, before anyone asks you for a cent of repair work.
What gets checked
-
Every switch and power point
We work through the house outlet by outlet and switch by switch, testing and recording the condition of each one rather than spot checking a few.
-
Every appliance and fitting
Anything that draws power gets looked at, including the fittings and appliances people normally assume are somebody else's problem.
-
Photographed as we go
Every finding is captured with a picture, so you are not taking anyone's word for what is behind a plate you cannot see.
-
A report you can actually read
A written report in plain English with a priority order. What is urgent, what can wait, and what is genuinely fine.
This is what you get
Not a verbal rundown at the door and not a one line invoice. A written record of every switch, power point and appliance in the house, each one photographed, each one ranked so you know what to deal with now and what can wait.
$200 a room. Smallest job is four rooms, so travel is covered in one visit rather than charged to you separately.
-
Illustration only. Your report covers your own home.
No obligation to have us fix anything
The report is yours. If you want us to do the work we will quote it, and if you would rather take the list to someone else that is completely fine. The point of the check is that you know, not that you buy.
